Siomai-licious

Siomai is one of the big man's favorite food. While at the mall he would always order siomai at Chowking even if we eat at KFC; and he always craves for more! I looked around for some siomai recipes because I wanted him to have so much siomai than he can actually eat. So, here goes.

Ingredients:
1/2K ground pork
2 pcs. medium carrot (minced)
4 pcs. wtaer chestnuts (singkamas) (minced)
1/2 cup flour
spring onions
egg
salt and pepper to taste
siomai wrapper

Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients, except siomai wrapper, in a bowl and mix well.
2. Wrap 1 tablespoon siomai mixture in a wrapper.
3. Steam for 15-20 minutes.
4. Serve with chili sauce and enjoy.

2. Carefully cut the chicken meat off one end of the bone.
3. Pace the other end on a flat surface and push the chicken meat to that end.
4. Season chicken with salt and pepper and dip into beaten eggs.
5. Form chicken meat into a lollipop and roll over bread crumbs.
6. Deep fry
